He was right next to her at the Marc Jacobs show during Fashion Week on Monday, but he wasn’t by her side at the VMAs. Madonna shared some heartfelt words about her relationship with Michael Jackson to kick off the show, before the big tribute dance number featuring Janet Jackson.
